Hoi An is the ideal base to explore Central Vietnam from. The city itself is a goldmine of tradition, art and culture and there is something to discover in every cardinal direction: North of Hoi An are Da Nang and Hue, South are Tam Thanh and Tam Ky, West are My Son Sanctuary and the Sao La Nature Reserve, East are the Cham Islands and South is the Mural Village Tam Thanh.
